Shipping Policy

The joy of handmade products is that they take time to make, so please allow up to 7 days from purchase for your order to be shipped.

On another note - because Hideaway Lane is based in rural NSW, parcels may take a little longer to arrive at your door. 

 


Shipping Costs

We ship via Australia Post and offer free shipping on orders over $150!

We also offer:

  • Standard flat rate shipping $12.95 Australia wide
  • Express shipping $20 Australia Wide
  • Free pick up/delivery options for the Dubbo area (you just need to select this as an option when placing your order).

Currently we only ship around Australia and do not offer international shipping. Should this change you guys will be the first to know!

 

 

Warranty

Hideaway Lane is incredibly proud to offer 3 years warranty on all products from the time of purchase. We create your pieces with the utmost care and quality materials so they last for many years to come. Should anything happen within this time please don't hesitate to reach out to us so we can replace and/or repair items for you. 


 

Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns on any standard, full priced items. Please notify us of any faults or issues with your goods within 7 days of receiving them and we will happily work with you to either replace or refund them. 

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges of sale items or custom pieces in the event you change your mind, so please take care when ordering these.
